the core package
Here at MW Moments, our core package is designed to give you total peace of mind. I come onboard from 8 weeks out to tie up the final details, then from 6 weeks out, I take over full communication with your vendors and manage your wedding day.
Package includes:
Initial consultation to discuss vision and requirements… so we are clear on your plans, visions and what matters most
Unlimited email and phone communication… because wedding planning always has a “just one more question” moment
Walk through of the confirmed space… to understand the layout, logistics and movement on the day (1 site visit prior to the wedding day)
Management and completion of run sheet of wedding day (distributed to all suppliers in the lead up)
Full communication with suppliers from 6 weeks out
Vendor confirmation for bump in/out details and onsite contacts for your big day
On-the-day coordination for the entire day…. because I believe your coordinator should be there from start to finish
At the end of the night, I help carefully gather and pack your personalised items (wishing well, signage, guest book, heirloom pieces etc) and take them home with me for safekeeping. We’ll arrange a time after the wedding for you to collect them, so you and your loved ones can simply enjoy the night instead of loading cars

This package typically includes over 25 hours of behind-the-scenes planning, communication, and coordination… all to make sure your wedding day feels effortless and truly supported.Total of our Core Package 2026: $2,950 + GST

Ceremony Rehearsal:
I’ll attend your rehearsal to guide the run-through and help your bridal party feel calm, clear, and confident
Bump in/out on non-wedding days
Floor Plan Design:
I’ll create a custom layout to help map out tables, seating, and key elements for your venue, so everyone (including your vendors) knows exactly where things go.Coordination of extra events (e.g. welcome dinner, recovery brunch)
Destination weddings (outside Perth metro) – Is your wedding a destination wedding? I would love to travel to your chosen location, and am open to discussing package pricing!
